Josh has been in the flooring industry since 1998 and employed with Randy’s Flooring since 2002. Josh started his career at a small flooring store in Iowa City before moving over to Randy’s Flooring. This start allowed him to learn all facets of the flooring industry from installation to warehouse to accounts payable. Josh’s favorite thing about being in the flooring industry is that no two days are ever the same. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Amiee Wainwright ( interior designer at Randy’s flooring ) and his two kids Andrew & Jonathan. He also loves to spend time in the outdoors hunting, fishing and being a good steward to the land. He also volunteers his time and energy as a board member with the 100+ Men Who Care: Hawkeye Chapter.
